With over 20 years of diverse experience in the healthcare sector, Mr. Ashit Kumar Nayak has established himself as an expert in hospital planning and design, operations, quality management, business development (both online and offline), staff training, hospital planning & designing, Purchase & Procurement, recruitment  and the establishment of healthcare facilities in several corporate hospitals across the state.

Mr. Nayak has actively participated in and organized numerous skill enhancement programs, orientation sessions, and quality-focused seminars at the state level. His contributions to hospital quality accreditation programs are noteworthy, including ISO certification, NABH assessments and surveillance, NABL assessments, NABH emergency assessments, and NABH re-accreditation audits, all of which he has successfully overseen.
