Dr. Gopal Chandra Dash is a distinguished Obstetrics & Gynaecology (O&G) specialist, Infertologist, and Endoscopic Surgeon with over 35 years of experience, excelling in hospital administration, medical research, and public health awareness. 

He is also member of different prestigious organisation like IFS, FOGSI, IMA, ISAR & many more as an life time member. Which shows his dedication towards the clinician authentic mentality.  

He shares a strong association with the founding team of Curanexa, having been inspired by their vision and commitment to advancing healthcare. Motivated by their mission, he expressed keen interest in contributing to the development of healthcare institutions and enhancing patient safety across the nation. He joined Curanexa as an independent advisor, providing guidance on ethical operations for a healthcare consultancy institute based in the capital city of Odisha.

Why Dr. Dash?

Retired as Chief Medical Superintendent, Indian Railways, after an illustrious career (1989-2020), during which he established a 100-bed Multi-Disciplinary Central Hospital and implemented innovative healthcare solutions across multiple states. After which he was join as Chief Medical Officer at Power Hospital (OPTCL), Govt. of Odisha (2023-2025), leading key hospital advancements, including security enhancements, procurement transparency, and expanded medical facilities.

An accomplished academic, he holds an MD in O&G (Summa Cum Laude) and MBBS (Gold Medalist) from SCB Medical College, with specialized training in infertility, endoscopic surgery, uro-gynaecology, and ultrasound. A life member of leading medical societies, he has chaired national and international conferences and published extensively in reputed journals. He was also involved into medical administration with his knee interest & perused PGDHHM from IGNOU and ISO 9000 for Hospital/Healthcare from Indian Institute of Quality Management.
